Description:
This Medical Laboratory Assistant Training is designed to equip trainees with the skills and techniques required to work efficiently as MLA within the histopathology laboratory. You will gain experience of working both independently and as part of a team during your training. Our staff are highly trained and will support you in developing the skills and competences required to work as MLA in any histopathology laboratory.
The course is specifically designed for those without science degrees or school leavers who wish to pursue a career in the health sector. This course will equip you with transferable skills and a wide range of knowledge to function effectively as MLA. It is a sensible choice if your interest is in Biomedical Science, or you want to work for the NHS to help people. This accredited training will offer you the opportunity to apply for jobs in the NHS or private laboratories in the UK or abroad. The intensive practical will broaden your experience and increase your chances of securing a job.
