Gave me an insight into some of the lab work annd skills/expertise needed to work in the industry and i am looking into doing the intensive course with them to gain vital experience to peruse a career. I started the training with rusty laboratory skills. I had never been to a histology laboratory. Halfway through the programme, i regained my confidence, made great friends and built more connections. The training is intensive and you get challenged in multple scenarios. You are also trained in general staining techniques and special staining in the histology laboratory. The training officers are always glad to help. My only regret is not starting early

I ordered a 'day 2' (green country) test; got emails confirming it; received quickly, before I got home; booking code worked on Gov.co.uk passenger locator form. In short, all worked perfectly! I was seriously worried after seeing other reviewers' bad experiences, especially after reading on the email that it was my responsibility to be there when the courier delivered but a) I was abroad and b) there were no further comms about delivery date etc, so I thought maybe I had been scammed. But it was all completely fine.

I bought along 34 biology A level students to visit the lab. Students had a great experience understanding what the role of a scientist is in a lab. Lots of advice was given by the team on careers in science, interview and personal statement tips. students had plenty of hands on experience including opportunities to pipettes, gram staining, microscopy and specimen reception! A special thanks to Kunle, Aisha, Judy, Foca and Pamela for giving our students such a memorable and educative experience!

I have enjoyed every moment of the intensive training course. Kunle, Sharara, and Grace have been patient, kind and encouraging the whole time. I was a pretty slow learner especially when cutting and trimming but eventually I was able to cut and trim 29 blocks in an hour which is more than required. The team never leaves your side and gives you the best advice on how to work efficiently in an histology lab and they will help with your CV and personal statement. Now I have found a job in the NHS thanks to this experience that has brought my CV to another level.

You can definitely section 25 blocks WITHIN an hour. The trainer Manpreet was fantastic and very attentive to each of the individual.
